It looks like somebody actually did or could live in it--no way it's a Disney. (I've become something of an amusement park... hmmm... what should I say... crank..? ...since moving to Japan!)
Now is that because: a) there are a lot of amusement parks in Japan. b)you are dragged unwillingly to the amusement parks. or c) you are a big kid and drag your daughter along instead.
